     A trust for public, social and charitable purpose HANSA FOUNDATION and its branches, under the Name SWANS “SCHOOL FOR WISDOM, ARTS, NATURE AND SCIENCES” for imparting education, HONER for training and skill development READERS’ THEATRE CLUB for languages, performing and fine Arts and other/s more in-time to form under the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961;


AIMS “VISION” AND OBJECTIVES “MISSION” 
OF THE TRUST ARE AS UNDER:

 

(i)          To provide education by establishing Schools, opening of Industrial Training Centre/s, Vocational College/s, Film City, Art Hub, Theatre Repertory, Leadership Centre/s, Professional College/s and thus create employment opportunities to the deserving unemployed, disabled, orphans and economically backward class people. Prominence will be given to Rural Party of the Society and Homes for old age people, to protect/support flora and fauna, shelters for cows/other animals/birds.

(ii)         To support or run the nation building programs.

(iii)        To arrange training camps and workshops by famous ARTISTS and EXPERTS from Sports/Fitness, Science/Technology, Social Work, Spiritualism/Religious, of the respective fields at to create interest and motivate the younger generation.

(iv)        To provide financial assistance to the needy and meritorious.

      Working Hours of the Office will be from 9.30 AM to 4.00 PM with suitable intervals.

 Administrative Year of the Trust will commence from 1st of April to 31st March of the next year.

PROPERTY OF THE TRUST”

     The Property of the Trust shall include:

a)        Such contributions, donations, endowments, settlements made by the public, government, institutions etc., for the purpose of advancement of VISION and MISSION of the Trust.

b)        Such acquisition and accretions to the Estate of the Trust.

c)        A sum of Rs 1001/- (Rupees One Thousand and one Only) donated by the Settlor, Total amount collected is Rs 1001/- (Rupees One Thousand and One Only).

The Properties, the assets, effects funds and other things of the Trust shall vest upon trust in the

Trustees perpetually and irrevocably for the due fulfilment and effectuation of the objects and 

purpose of the “HANSA FOUNDATION”.

         Subjects to the provision of para 12 here below, the VISION and MISSION of the Trust will be additionally:


VISION STATEMENT

TO STAND WITH ALL TO ACHIEVE HIGHER STANDARDS OF LIFE

THROUGH SANATAN VALUES OF HINDUISM


MISSION

A)  To establish or run or assist/support in establishing or running libraries, resource centres, training centres, schools, museums, research institute, cultural centres, Art schools (i.e., music, dance, drama, Fine-art etc.), medical centres as well as other relief centres for general public utility.

B)  Providing for grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc

C)  Establish, conduct, maintain clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of similar nature and provide financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment, in any medical institution.

D)  To provide accommodation, food, clothing, education to the needy, support to well-off and deserving kid/s who have been associated with or inclined to practice Sanatan tradition/s.

E)  To acquire by lease, purchase, gift, mortgage, license as beneficiary under any other Trust or otherwise lands, properties, machinery etc., from Government or semi-Governmental authorities, trusts and corporations, institutions and societies as well as individuals to sell, alienate, gift lease mortgage manage or in any other legal manner transfer properties belong to the Trust and also to give the same on lease or license for the furtherance of the objectives of the Trust.

F)  To raise secured or unsecured loan from any scheduled Bank or any other financial institutions or firm or individuals or as any other institutions including any registered society or trust with or without interest whenever necessary for furthering of objectives of the Trust.

G)  The funds and the income of the Trust shall be solely utilized for the achievements of its objectives and no portion of it shall be utilized for the payment to the Trustees/Members by way of Deposit, profit, interest, dividends etc.

H)  To support and render financial assistance to charitable institution/s and educational causes, organizations (companies) trust, societies or individuals in the form of donations, loans or otherwise on such terms and conditions as the Trustees deem for and proper which in the opinion of the Trustees would help to carry out all or any of the objective of the Trust.

I)   To run welfare schemes for divorce/s, socially backward, physically challenged or chronic patients and aid/support them to be self-dependent.    

J)   To establish blood bank, eye bank and health centre/s to have a healthy society/community.

K)  To receive voluntary donations in cash and kind from any individual or associations for the purpose of carrying out the objectives of the Trust.

L)  Trustees are hereby authorized to start or acquire any business with the sole object of applying the profit of such business for the following purpose only.

i)  relief of the disabled widows, orphans, old age people and economically backward class people of the society.

ii) education to the disabled orphans, widows and economically, Backward class people of the society.

iii)medical relief to the disabled, widows, orphans, old age and economically backward class people of the society.

M)  The Trustees are authorized to co-opt additional Trustees. It is hereby declared that the majority of FOUR TRUSTEES have power to wind up this trust by merging or amalgamating with any other trust or charitable society having similar objects, if the trustees decide that the object of the Trust would be better served by taking such a step.


The Trustees have power to frame such subsidiary rules of the business and shall have power further, to alter, add or amend the same from time to time as may be necessary for the conduct of their business not inconsistent with the provisions of sections 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act 1961. The rule in schedule ‘A’ hereto shall be the first body of such rules and same shall be in force until substituted, altered, added or amended from time to time as the case may be by the Trustees.

DUTIES OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
a)       At least once in three months meeting should be conducted by fixing a suitable date and time.
b)       Quorum required is as per para 2 above and the same condition are also applicable here.
c)       Trust is responsible for all moveable and immovable property.
d)       In case of cancellation of membership of any Trustee for the reason whatsoever it may be the trust, which can elect or co-opt other suitable person to that place.
e)        The trust shall verify all applications for trustee and appropriate action.
f)        The trust is empowered to have the help and co-operation of the State Government Central Government, other association Organization and public in general through the managing Trustee with the help of other Trustees.
g)        Action in connection with any matters shall be enforced and after getting approval during the meeting.
